We built the gym software we'd want auditing our own gym
Not the cheapest. Not the one with the longest feature list. The one you could hand to an accountant, an auditor, or a data-protection review without flinching.
Where this started
Gym software in India is a crowded market, and it competes on two things: how long the feature list is, and how low the monthly price can go. Both are fair ways to compete. But when we looked closely at what gyms are actually asked to trust this software with, a third dimension was missing entirely.
A gym holds a member's full name, phone number, date of birth, emergency contact, medical conditions, injury history, body measurements, photographs, payment history and a timestamped record of when they walk in and out of a building. That is a genuinely sensitive dataset — more sensitive than most retail businesses hold. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act is now law, and its Rules were notified in November 2025.
We went looking for gym software that treated any of this as a feature. Consent capture. An audit trail you can't rewrite. A real erasure routine. Financial records that can't be quietly edited. We found near-silence — a line about SSL here, an AWS backup mention there. So we built it.
What we decided not to do
A product is defined as much by its refusals as its features, so here are ours, in plain terms:
- No payment gateway. We don't touch your collections and we don't take a percentage of them. Indian gyms collect in cash and UPI at the desk; we make recording and reconciling that flawless instead of inserting ourselves into the money flow.
- No biometric hardware. Check-in is QR by browser camera. Nothing to install at the front desk, nothing to break on a Sunday, no device vendor to chase.
- No Aadhaar field. There is no place in the system to type an Aadhaar number, by design. The less sensitive data collected, the less risk carried.
- No feature tiers. Everything is included at one price. We never wanted a sales conversation that ends with "that report is on the higher plan".
- No AI claims. There's no churn-prediction model here. There are at-risk alerts based on rules you can understand and check.
How we talk about ourselves
We're a young product. We haven't published a customer count, a retention percentage, or a logo wall, because we'd have to invent them. What we have published is a Trust page that lists the things we haven't built yet — an automated breach-notification workflow, per-gym retention configuration, full statutory GST invoice formatting. As those ship, that page will change. That's the deal.
We'd rather be the vendor you can verify than the vendor with the best adjectives.
Who it's for
Independent gyms and small multi-branch chains in India, typically 100 to 2,000 members, where the owner is close enough to the business to care whether the books reconcile. If you're a large chain that needs a native app, a consumer marketplace, or biometric turnstile integration, we're honestly not your best fit yet — and we'd tell you that on the call rather than after the invoice.
Judge it on the demo, not the copy
Twenty minutes, real data, and every awkward question you want to ask.
