Terms of Service

The deal, in plain terms — with the lawyers' version still in progress.

Draft pending legal review This page sets out the commercial shape of the agreement accurately, but it is not yet a finalised contract. Legal entity details, governing law and jurisdiction, liability limits and service-level commitments are being completed with counsel. Anything you need contractually, ask for in writing at support@gymos.app.

The service

GymOS is cloud gym-management software provided as a subscription. Each subscribing gym gets an isolated workspace, staff accounts, and a member app for its own members.

Fees

  • ₹8,000 per gym, per year, exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Every feature is included. There are no per-member, per-staff, per-branch or per-module charges.
  • New gyms may start on a 14-day trial of the full product.
  • Fees are payable in advance for the subscription year. Migration or onboarding work, if any, is quoted separately.

What we don't do with your money

GymOS does not process your members' payments. We do not act as a payment gateway, we take no percentage of your collections, and we never handle card details. You collect payment yourself and record it in the system.

Your data is yours

  • You own your gym's data, including member records. We process it to provide the service and on your instructions.
  • You can export your data. On termination, you can request an export before the workspace is decommissioned.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not use your members' personal data to market to them.
  • Our staff access your workspace only to provide support or resolve a fault, and that access is logged against the individual.

Your responsibilities

  • Collect and use member data lawfully. The software gives you consent, audit and erasure tools; using them is your call and your duty.
  • Keep staff accounts accurate — remove people who leave, and grant the narrowest role that lets them do their job.
  • Don't share credentials between staff. The audit trail is only as useful as the identities behind it.
  • Keep your own copies of anything you're legally required to retain independently.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to store data you have no lawful basis to hold, to attempt to reach another gym's workspace, to probe or overload the platform, or to resell access without an agreement with us. We may suspend a workspace that puts other customers at risk, and we'll tell you why.

Non-payment and suspension

If a subscription lapses, staff sign-in is blocked with a clear on-screen explanation rather than a silent failure, and the member app drops to read-only so your members can still see their plan and history. Data is retained through this period. We'll contact you before any workspace is decommissioned.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not currently publish a contractual uptime SLA, and we won't imply one. The service requires an internet connection; there is no offline mode. Support runs by email at support@gymos.app.

Changes to the service

We add and improve features continuously. If we ever need to remove or materially change something you rely on, we'll tell existing customers directly and give reasonable notice. Our Trust page lists capabilities we have not built yet — nothing on that list should be treated as a commitment with a date.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and choose not to renew. Fees already paid for the current subscription year are not refundable on a change of mind, though we'd rather talk it through than lose you quietly. We may terminate for non-payment or serious breach of acceptable use, with notice.

Liability

Limitation-of-liability wording, governing law and jurisdiction are pending legal review and will be published here. Until then, treat this page as a description of intent rather than an enforceable limitation.
